Transitions Hair Salon was started by Debbie DeHoyos on October 1, 1999 and was located in downtown Shelburne Falls until December 2007. Debbie moved the salon to its new location in Greenfield in July 2008.

Hi, I'm Joanne. I'm a 2003 graduate of Jolie Hair and Beauty Academy in Ludlow, MA and have been a stylist here at Transitions Salon since June of 2007. I was previously employed as a hairdresser in Enfield, CT and hold cosmetology licenses in both Connecticut and Massachusetts. Since making the switch to a Redken Concept salon, I have never been more satisfied and successful in my career. The product quality and stylist support that we receive from Redken doesn't compare to any other line I've worked with, and I am currently working toward becoming a Redken Certified Color Professional. While I enjoy every aspect of the hairdressing profession, I am best known for custom coloring, color correction, and multi-dimensional highlighting. Learning cutting-edge techniques and trends means continued education is literally a job requirement for a great hairstylist, and I attend classes several times a year. I'd love to give you the fresh color and cut you've been dreaming of, but just couldn't quite achieve elsewhere. Nothing compares to professional hair color, and once you see the results of your pampering and indulgent salon experience you'll never want to compromise again. Hi, my name is Rhonda. I've been working at Transitions Hair Salon for 13 years. I graduated from Keene Beauty Academy in 1995, and my classes and certifications are Redken Advanced Color, Redken Workshops and Seminars, Purology Hair Care Certification, Keratin Complex Hair Straightening, and Acrylic Nail. I offer a wide variety of services from haircutting, color, foil highlighting, perms, updos, manicures, pedicures, facial and body hair removal. I am available Tues, Thurs, Friday 9-5 pm. Hi I'm Kristina! I'm twenty five years old from Greenfield MA. I graduated from DiGrigoli School of Cosmetology and have been working for Debbie at Transitions since we reopened in July of 2008. I have attended many Redken Workshops/seminars and am always looking for the new style and trend. I have been certified in the Keratin Complex Hair Straightening. I offer a wide variety of services from cutting, coloring, highlighting, styling, permanent waves, sets, updos, manicures and waxing. I am accepting new clients and can be found at Transitions Tues 9-5 pm and Sat 9-3 pm, later by appointment. kristina@transitionshairstyling.com
